Q: Can I refund or return the product if I don't feel like it?
A: Normally the answer is no, because our dolls are customizable and partially handcrafted product. Everydoll will be unique to each guest. It is impossible to re-sell. However, if you find out that there is a severe damage after received your doll, please contact us, once we determined it is the factory responsible for its quality issue, we will send you another one for free. Please be aware of that some experimental dolls do not have after service.
Q: How long do I have to wait?
A: It takes roughly 20 days to make a customizable doll and roughly 7 to 10 days to ship around the world. Sometimes 1 or 2 days earlier or later.
Q: Why I cannot find LoTinefa's name on factories' official website, partner list page?
A: Whoo, this is an interesting question. The truth is some factories simply don't have a partner list page, some factories forgot to show it and some factories require us to sell their products for 2 or more years to get a listing chance. If you want to make sure about our legitmacy, feel free to go to ask factory's member about who we are, and they will tell you we are their friendly partner. (If someone say no, that's personal, lol)

A: Buying a doll is like finding your love, there is no best but only the most suitable. Because we only work with trusted and reputable factories around the world, you can trust every brand in our store.

A: Because we are a small company just want to do our job decently and honestly. We don't pay for reviews, we don't lie to our guests, we tell the truth about our dolls, pros and cons.
