Q: Can I refund or return the product if I don't feel liking it?
A: Normally the answer is no. Because our love dolls are highly customizable and partial handcrafted, each guest has their own unique taste, it made us impossible to recycle and re-sell already-done-products. Q: How long do I have to wait?
A: It take us roughly 20 days to make your customizable sex doll and it roughly takes 1 week to ship around the world. Sometimes there are 1 or 2days eariler or later.

Q: Do I have to pay for the tax?
A: If you are living in US, we are 99% sure about there is no need to worry about the tax, you will just have to enjoy your life and wait. Q: Why I cannot find LoTinefa's name on factory's website, partner pages?
A: Some factories simply don't have a partner list page on their website, some factories might just forgot to put our name on the page, and some factories require us to sell their products for over 2 years to get a authorization paper.
